The site's forms (quote request, demo booking, reseller application, contact) prepare an email sent from your own mail client to contact@kmoove.com. The data transmitted is what you enter: name, organisation, sector of activity, email address, phone number, preferred time slot and description of your needs.

This data is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up commercially.

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request for quotes and demos, Kmoove's legitimate interest in managing the business relationship, and legal obligation for the retention of accounting records.

Enquiries with no follow-up: three years from the last contact. Customers: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then ten years for accounting and contractual documents, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.

Data is accessible to Kmoove's sales and technical team. Our hosting and email providers act as processors. The site is hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated and served through the Cloudflare network, with edge servers for European visitors located in the European Union. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

The site runs without advertising cookies and without third-party profiling trackers. Only technical elements strictly necessary for display are used, for example locally remembering whether the demo banner was collapsed during your visit. These elements do not require prior consent.

The 3D installation visualisations are loaded from an external service. Viewing them may involve a technical exchange with that service, limited to displaying the page.

Photographs showing the product in use and testimonials published on the site are shared with the consent of the facilities and individuals concerned. Any request for removal can be sent to contact@kmoove.com and will be handled as soon as possible.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Write to contact@kmoove.com stating your request. A response will be provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.

Kmoove implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access to professional mailboxes, encryption of data in transit and regular backups.
