The site's forms (quote request, demo booking, reseller application, contact) prepare an email sent from your own mail client to contact@kmoove.com. The data transmitted is what you enter: name, organization, sector of activity, email address, phone number, preferred time slot and description of your needs.

This data is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up commercially.

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request for quotes and demos, Kmoove's legitimate interest in managing the business relationship, and legal obligation for the retention of accounting records.

Enquiries with no follow-up: three years from the last contact. Customers: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then ten years for accounting and contractual documents, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.

Data is accessible to Kmoove's sales and technical team. Our hosting and email providers act as processors. The site is hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated and served through the Cloudflare network, with edge servers for European visitors located in the European Union. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

Requests sent through the site forms, contact, demonstration, product finder and quote, are recorded in the HubSpot CRM, a processor acting for Kmoove on its European infrastructure, and notified by email to the sales team. HubSpot processes this data solely on behalf of Kmoove and following its instructions.

The site may use a Google Ads tag (ID AW-18436652791) to measure campaign performance and track conversions. This tag is loaded, and the associated advertising cookies are set, only after explicit acceptance via the consent banner. Without that acceptance, no data is sent to Google for advertising purposes.

When you accept, Google Ads receives limited information: pages viewed, visit origin and actions taken, solely to measure campaigns and improve their relevance. This data cannot directly identify an individual.

Technical elements strictly necessary for display are used, for example locally remembering whether the demo banner was collapsed during your visit. These elements do not require prior consent.

The site is also subject to internal audience measurement, built into the hosting platform and operated by Lovable Labs Incorporated. It is served from our own domain and records page views and navigation paths, for the sole purpose of understanding site traffic. This data is passed to no advertising network and is used for no cross-site profiling.

You may object to this audience measurement, or ask for details about the data it records and how long it is kept, by writing to contact@kmoove.com. We come back to you within 48 working hours.

The 3D installation visualisations are loaded from an external service. Viewing them may involve a technical exchange with that service, limited to displaying the page.

Photographs showing the product in use and testimonials published on the site are shared with the consent of the facilities and individuals concerned. Any request for removal can be sent to contact@kmoove.com and will be handled as soon as possible.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Write to contact@kmoove.com stating your request. A response will be provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.

Kmoove implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access to professional mailboxes, encryption of data in transit and regular backups.
